This is a sketch of me and three of my friends from IET, back in the early days of my Active Duty enlistment. I don't know what ever happened to these guys, since we all got sent to different units and lost touch. Harrison became an MP. It wasn't his original MOS. He washed out of AIT and reclassified. I know He failed his exams on purpose because he told us beforehand. He wanted to please his dad, who was a cop. Austin got sent to Air-Traffic controller school because his color-blindness limited him to just a few military occupations. The last I knew, Hintz was stationed at Ft Leonard Wood, but that was six years ago. I did my time with the 101st Airborne and ended up doing two tours in Iraq.
This is based off of a photo that we took together to send to the ladies back home, hence the shirtlessness. For the record, I went through nicknames like some soldiers change their socks. Stretch, The Sherpa, Big P!, P!-Funk, P-K... |
